IT access credentials, facility access cards, IACUC/AAALAC compliance documents, and lab safety pre-reads sent to you at least 3 days before your start date.
Tour of our suite at 2305 Historic Decatur Rd; imaging equipment walkthrough (PET/CT, SPECT, MRI suites); meet the full BioLaurus team; IACUC and vivarium safety training; and lunch with Mario Bourdon.
Shadow at least two active studies end-to-end — from study setup through imaging sessions and data export. Review BioLaurus standard operating procedures and reporting templates.
Begin independently contributing to your primary role — study execution, data analysis, client communication, or business development depending on your position.
One-on-one review of your first 90 days — contributions, any challenges, and co-designing your personal scientific development goals for the next 12 months at BioLaurus.

Lab induction and IACUC orientation scheduled your first week. All personnel must complete animal handling and radiation safety certification before independent vivarium access.
Formal training on each modality (PET/CT, SPECT/CT, MRI, ultrasound, optical) scheduled in your first month based on your role requirements.
All BioLaurus team members have access to scientific conference attendance, SNMMI/ASNC membership support, and continuing education resources relevant to their imaging specialisation.
